4. KME visit to Ministry of interior – Federal Police- Baghdad ( 13/06/2024 ) :
SAM & KME visited the Ministry of Interior – Federal Police and met Lieutenant-General Saleh Al-Ameri, the commander of federal police, to discuss ongoing inquiries and aftersales support for the Komatsu fleet. Key outcomes included plans to enhance after-sales services, ensuring better fleet performance and customer satisfaction. KME mentioned that SAM is the respective authorized channel for KOMATSU in Iraq and encourage MOI to purchase Komatsu machines through SAM. KME and SAM emphasis to provide full support through training, after sales service and any kind of technical support.
