SAM & KME visited the Ministry of Defense and met with the director of the engineering directorate Major General Mr. Adil Al-Ethawy to discuss ongoing inquiries and aftersales support for the Komatsu fleet. Key outcomes included strategies to resolve current issues and plans to enhance aftersales services, ensuring better fleet performance and customer satisfaction. KME mentioned during the meeting that SAM is the respective partner in Iraq and encouraged MOD to purchase Komatsu machines through SAM. KME and SAM emphasize providing full support to the MOD through training, after-sales service, and any kind of technical support.
