KME team visited Iraq for a business trip for three days, the schedule included visit to Baghdad & Erbil city. The main goal of this visit was to discuss the contribution between SAM and KME and to share the ideas regarding the Iraqi market. The visit mainly included the following:

Facility Visit:

- Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluated the condition and efficiency of existing facilities to ensure they meet Komatsu's operational standards.

Customer Engagement:

- Relationship Building: Strengthening relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and feedback.
